Spider File Folder Activities
Spider file folder activities are perfect for Halloween.
We just LOVE October – the changing of the leaves, the crisp morning air, and pulling out all those Halloween themed games! Fun!
I have to admit that the fall-themed and Halloween themed activities are my favorites! A short while ago, my artist designed this absolutely adorable spider. So, of course, I love creating games and activities featuring him. For our little preschool and kindergarten friends, I created activities including, rhyme and alphabet activities.
spider-themed rhyme activity
Help your littles learn and practice the skill of rhyme. This spider rhyme activity will allow you to make four unique file folder activities.
Two templates contain 6 rhyming matches and two templates for 8 matches!
First, download and print the spider-themed activity for rhyme. This rhyme match game includes four templates and corresponding spiders. In this case laminate and cut out your spiders as well as your templates and labels to the file folders if you want to use them year after year.
The File Folder Spider Rhyme Match activity can be found in my online Teachers Pay Teachers store.
Spider-themed Alphabet match
In addition, the file folder activities for the alphabet contains eight differentiated templates for learning letters and sounds. These activities are great for small group instruction or in your independent literacy centers. Above all, laminate and you can use them over and over again every Halloween!
The File Folder Spider Alphabet Match can also be found in my online TpT store.
Spider-themed CVC words match
Finally, for our kindergarten and first-grade friends, I made this activity for learning CVC words.
This download includes 12 differentiated file folder activities!
