It’s hard to believe that it’s the end of December and we just received our very first substantial snowfall. This is so unusual for Northern Michigan. Typically the ski areas open by Thanksgiving and we’d be skating on the lake by now. It’s been a little difficult pulling out those winter themed activities without snow on the ground, but with this new snowfall, well… here we go. I love the winter months and especially love incorporating winter themed activities into centers. A few years ago my fabulous artist created these adorable penguins. They are perfect for a kindergarten literacy center for working on ABC order. Enjoy this FREEBIE!
