I simply love games like Swish! It’s always fun to capitalize on a student’s interest or include activities with seasonal themes – it’s March you know, and that means college basketball is ramping up! Swish is super easy to assemble. Just print the basketballs (single sided to double sided) and cut out the balls. Your game is now ready to go!
Swish! is a fast moving game which allows for tons and tons of practice. Students take turns choosing basketballs and reading words. If the student chooses a Swish! ball, he/she can pick 3 more balls, however, if a penalty ball is chosen, all their balls must be placed back in the pile. The student with the most balls at the end of time wins the game. It’s a super simple game to play and it’s a favorite with students.
