Cookie Sheet Printable Learning Activities

The Original Cookie Sheet Activities all started with a little stroll down the storage aisle at our local Walmart. I have to admit I’m just a tad addicted to storage containers. Oddly enough, that’s where most of my inspiration for activities begin – cool storage containers and then wondering what I can use them for. These Sterilite containers are 15″ x 11 1/2″ by 3 1/4″ and they stack so nicely! Absolutely perfect for storing cookie sheet templates and the manipulates that go with them.

So I created 9 different cookie sheet volumes to store in these containers. There are printable learning activities from early literacy skills to more advanced phonics skills for my first and second-grade friends. The activity bundles are grouped by grade and containing three single volumes. Our Pre K- Kindergarten Bundle contains the activities from Volumes 1, 2 and 4.

Early Literacy

Volume 1 contains differentiate templates for teaching the skills of ABC order, rhyme and building simple CVC words. The Cookie Sheet Activities Volume 1 can be purchased as a single volume only or as part of the Pre K-Kindergarten bundle.

Early Numeracy

Volume 2 addresses early numeracy skills. Contained within this volume are templates for number concepts (tally, 10 frames, number before-after), number word/counting and number order. Cookie Sheet Activities Volume 2 is also available as a single purchase or as part of the bundle.

Beginning Sounds and Vowels

Cookie Sheet Activities Volume 4 contains differentiated templates for learning the letters and sounds of the alphabet as well as those tricky short vowel sounds. The printable activities are ideal for either small group instruction or independent literacy centers.
