Touchdown! Articulation Activity

This articulation activity is for all the football lovers out there! Many of my students absolutely love football and it’s fun and engaging to have an activity that showcases a favorite sport. Students move the footballs into the end zone while practicing the target sound in the word pictured underneath.

When you purchase the /s/ and /z/ football boom deck, you will receive 21 football fields with words containing the /s/ and /z/ phonemes in the initial, medial and final position of words as well as blends. There are 4 cards with initial /s/, 2 medial /s/, 4 final /s/, 4 s-blends, 1 initial /z/, 2 medial /z/ and 4 final /z/. The /s/ and /z/ Touchdown! In the /l/ football boom deck,  you will receive 17 football fields with words containing the /l/ phoneme in the initial, medial and final position of words as well as blends.
